We're looking for a
Customer Relations Specialist
to join our PSA Customer Relations team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of strong customer relations skills within a customer service environment. You should have experience managing customer resolutions, processing and investigating claims, shipping and handling, and possess excellent communication skills. This full-time position is based in Jersey City, NJ.
What You'll Do:
Exercise discretion and sound judgment when engaging with all parties
Collaborate with Operations and other departments to find solutions for customer responses
Provide accurate information using department protocols
Resolve queries by determining the cause and explaining the best solution
Maintain accounts by processing adjustments
Update department spreadsheet of incoming orders
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate lead/supervisor
Who You Are:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
At least 4 years of relevant customer relations experience
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice
Organized, detail-oriented, and strong interpersonal skills
Knowledgeable in Google Workspace systems
Knowledgeable in utilizing Salesforce preferred

Hourly Rate:
The estimated hourly range for this position is $23.50. Compensation varies based on factors like location, job level, experience, and skill set.
