Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Representative to join our PSA Customer Relations team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, demonstrating strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize sound judgment and discretion when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with various departments to identify effective solutions for customer inquiries.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers by adhering to departmental protocols.
  • Resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause and explaining the best course of action.
  • Maintain customer accounts by processing necessary adjustments.
  • Regularly update departmental records of incoming orders.
  • Escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Empathetic listening skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit, walk, stand, and bend as needed.
  • Manual dexterity for hand use.
