Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Representative to join our PSA Customer Relations team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, demonstrating strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize sound judgment and discretion when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify effective solutions for customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers by adhering to departmental protocols.
- Resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause and explaining the best course of action.
- Maintain customer accounts by processing necessary adjustments.
- Regularly update departmental records of incoming orders.
- Escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathetic listening skills and a professional demeanor.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to sit, walk, stand, and bend as needed.
- Manual dexterity for hand use.
