Previous experience in LTC food and nutrition is also a must to ensure you can hit the ground running and provide top-notch care to our residents. Familiarity with relevant software and tools will be advantageous in effectively managing and documenting patient dietary information. Your ability to work collaboratively within a team, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for promoting healthy living will be key to your success in this role at our Manchester location. Knowledge and skills required for the position are: Associate's Degree 2+ years in supervisory role CDM certification or willing to obtain LTC food and nutrition experience required.
