Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or strategic planning within the financial services industry, preferably in lending or banking Strong understanding of banking operations, products, and services, with knowledge of lending processes and regulations High level of comfort with sales, prospecting and marketing tools & processes (to include prior CRM experience) Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of entrepreneurship Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and implementing strategic partnerships, particularly with banks or financial institutions Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business opportunities and financial models Strong Powerpoint/GSuite slides skillset Strong external facing communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; high comfort in relating and working with the C-suite Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of initiative and drive to achieve results Ability to multitask, prioritize and coordinate tasks to meet multiple deadlines Willingness to travel as needed
