This project involves strategic enterprise integrations following a significant merger and acquisition. You will be part of a large team of Business Analysts responsible for conducting a current state assessment, identifying future state outlines, documenting requirements, and facilitating change management and communication activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a thorough current state assessment of business processes and systems for assigned workstreams.
  • Develop a future state outline outlining objectives, scope, benefits, risks, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints for impacted ITS teams and business stakeholders.
  • Define and document functional and non-functional requirements and specifications using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Review and validate requirements with key stakeholders and obtain approval and sign-off as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to product and development teams in translating requirements into Epics, Features, User Stories, design, code, and tests.
  • Conduct quality assurance and testing activities to ensure the new software solution meets requirements and conforms to quality standards.
  • Facilitate change management and communication activities to ensure smooth adoption and transition of the new software solution.
  • Provide post-implementation support as requested.

This project involves replacing the current tool with a new tool called Intelex, a safety tool that records incidents and allows users to extract data for regulatory authorities.
