About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Analyst to join our corporate team at Phia, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting various administrative aspects of business development and proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and submission of proposals, including scheduling, coordination, and knowledge capture.
  • Track solicitations and identify business opportunities to drive company growth.
  • Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor government intelligence platforms and update CRM/Sales Pipeline systems to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Contribute to department knowledge base maintenance and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Complete data calls, requests for information, and market surveys to inform business decisions.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings, project reviews, and industry events as needed to stay informed and network.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support, sales, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, SharePoint, and CRM software.
  • Proven ability to work virtually and attend occasional in-person events.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
