Demand Generation Manager

Concept is a multi-channel business-to-business (B2B) lead generation agency headquartered in Copley, OH. We specialize in the design, implementation, and execution of lead generation and business development strategies, processes, and technologies for our clients.
Position Summary:
Concept is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join our fast-growing Digital Marketing Team to develop and manage demand generation strategies with our clients and help them achieve their digital marketing and lead generation goals.
Essential Functions
(Include but not limited to)
:
· Develop, manage, and implement demand generation strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals.
· Develop a deep understanding of customers, products and the buyer’s journey.
· Work closely with other Concept departments to build cross-functional cohesion for campaigns.
· Present to internal and external upper management stakeholders to gain buy-in and secure budgets, as well as report results.
· Create personas tied to specific customer needs and preferences.
· Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges
· Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts
· Grow distribution across all channels, not just owned channels. Must be skilled in content creation supported by SEO/SEM optimization and PPC strategy.
· Ensure that content reaches the right part of the sales funnel at the right time.
· Collaborate with sales and marketing to build programs that support sales enablement.
· Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques.
· Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows.
· Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance.
Requirements
· Minimum –5-7 years of experience in digital marketing or demand generation or a related field
· Experience managing Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn clients/accounts and interfaces
· Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
· Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
· Excellent communication, writing, and collaboration skills
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
· Flexibility and adaptability to change Ability to work independently and in a team environment
· Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing work items; while effectively managing changing priorities
Preferred:
· Located in the greater Akron/Cleveland, Ohio area
· Experience with Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google My Business, Google Analytics, and related Google platforms
