Responsibilities: Proactively call prospective clients to generate new business Persistently use traditional and creative methods to reach new points of contact with current clients to sell and maintain Educational Services & Therapy service line Continuously generate client leads using high-volume calls and emails Built and maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients Educate prospective clients about Aya's differentiated Educational staffing services Cultivate and maintain valuable relationships with prospective clients Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement RequiredQualifications: Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted) Direct relevant experience in Educational Services & Therapy staffing sales required Proven success in a metrics-driven environment At least 3 years track record as a top producer in a sales position Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships What We Offer: Free premium medical, dental, life and vision insurance Generous 401(k) match Aya also offers other benefits to those that are eligibleand where required by applicable law, including reimbursementsand discretionary bonuses Aya provides paid sick leave in accordance with all applicable state, federal, and local laws. The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your managers discretion.
