Responsibilities
- Provide great Customer Service and Support
- Support The Outside Sales Team
- Maintain vendor relationships in a purchasing capacity.
- Track and facilitate customer orders, invoicing, and other sales-related office administration.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word,)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Familiar with A/P and A/R operations as well as some purchasing and invoicing experience.
- Familiar with QuickBooks Small Business Accounting Software helpful.
This is an inside position with M-F hours working in our Rock Hill SC Location.
