We are currently seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska (US-NE), United States (US).

Life Insurance Compliance Investigator

This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits.

Pay for this role is 40,500/yr


Basic Qualifications:

1 year of applicable life insurance investigation experience
Highschool or GED Diploma
1 year of experience Investigating and responding to inquiries from the Department of Insurance, Consumers, & Attorneys

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing of Power of Attorney documents and other legal documents for various clients.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal customers and clients to professionally resolve complaints and other assigned tasks.
- Ability to adapt to shifting prioritiesin order to respond to customer and business partner needs.
- Ability to develop and maintain a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and of all products, services and processes performed by the team.

-Investigating complaints received from the Department of Insurance, Policy Holders, Attorney, drafting written responses, communicating with clients, policyholders and Department of Insurance, as well as other investigatory activities.

-Maintaining administrative complaint tracking systems and filing closed and completed investigations
- Ability to develop understanding of internal operations and how related functional areas interact to achieve results.
- Time management skills with the ability to cope with a complex, changing environment.
- Investigating and responding to inquiries from the Department of Insurance, Consumer, Attorney for various clients.
- Daily & Monthly OFAC review for various clients.
- Perform research in support of assigned team members.

***Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm CST). Shift times may be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, Overtime may be required based on business requirements.

New hire must have a working device (such as cell phone or tablet) for the 2-Factor Authentication process.

*** All new hires will be required to successfully complete our Call Center training classes and demonstrate proficiency of the material.

Must Pass a background check with Education check and employment verification check.
