CARILLON SENIOR LIVING is recruiting for a hospitality focused Marketing Move-In Coordinator to join our team The Marketing Move-In Coordinator works in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the community and/or specific instruction from the Director of Marketing and Sales. The Marketing Move-In Coordinator performs all the necessary functions of ensuring a successful move-in of all future residents.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

The Marketing Move-In Coordinator works in accordance with established policies and procedures of Carillon and or/specific instruction from the Director of Marketing. The Move-in Coordinator performs all of the necessary functions of moving-in all future residents.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Assists and guides future residents in color selections (i.e. carpet, vinyl, formica, appliances, cabinetry).
  • Assists residents in their requests for construction changes.
  • Processes all of the required paperwork timely and accurately.
  • Communicates with future residents regarding notices for projected move-in dates.
  • Schedules move-ins.
  • Develops a move-in guide.
  • Coordinates and schedules and decorators or subcontractors' access to apartment.
  • Helps facilitate residents in making the move to their new residence as smooth as possible.
  • Helps to coordinate site events with Marketing Director.
  • Adheres to Carillon marketing guidelines.
  • Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
  • Attends in-service training and education session as assigned.
  • Leads Management System: updates lead/prospect information, ensuring team has entered data to date. Assigns leads according to the "Up" system.
  • Inventories and stocks all necessary marketing and sales tools: folders, floor plans, financial documents, and provides all sales people with completed packets.
  • Telephone responsibilities: Answer, screen, and direct telephone inquiries to proper sales counselor.
  • Greet prospects and show them to presentation room and serve refreshments.
  • Assist sales counselors with new resident buyer retention and move in process; flowers, cards, welcome sign, welcome basket, name tag, PHB, Church app, texting thread, and copies of contracts.
  • Support Marketing with on-site events, invitations, decorations, setup, etc.
  • Setting up and moving model apartments.
  • Works closely with appropriate departments for apartment home readiness and attends and runs weekly move in meetings.
KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY
  • Must have effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Must be an effective presenter with both large and small groups.
  • Must have the ability to perform simple arithmetic.
  • Must be able to generate a warm, friendly, and caring manner on first impression.
  • Organizational skills to assist the future resident in moving to their new home.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
  • Bachelor's degree (emphasis in sales/marketing preferred)
  • Two years' experience in marketing/sales
  • One year experience in senior housing or healthcare-related field
  • One year experience in hospitality preferred.
