Job Overview: We are in search of an experienced moving team leader to support individuals and businesses with hands-on labor, relocation, and junk removal services. Our offerings are designed for both residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere for all individuals encountered during work hours, particularly clients, through friendly gestures such as smiling, maintaining eye contact, and engaging in casual conversation.
  • Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting a positive attitude and appropriate attire, including a neatly tucked shirt and a straight hat.
  • Inform clients about pricing structures, available services, and the benefits of selecting our company before providing estimates to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Prioritize safety in all operational activities.
  • Perform daily inspections of the vehicle to check essential elements such as tire pressure, oil levels, and equipment condition.
  • Ensure the vehicle is stocked with necessary receipts, safety equipment, and promotional materials.
  • Provide competitive pricing that meets and exceeds established standards.
  • Exhibit sound judgment in logistical decisions, including disposal methods, donation opportunities, job completion strategies, item packaging, truck loading techniques, and marketing strategies during downtime.
  • Serve as a role model for your team by exemplifying the company's core values.
  • Assist in training new team members on daily operations and fundamental principles.
  • Complete assigned checklists on a daily basis.
  • Take precautions to prevent inadvertent errors and expenses, such as damages, injuries, dissatisfied customers, and lost equipment.
  • Maintain regular communication with your supervisor regarding additional tasks and the resolution of any issues that may arise.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

College Hunks Hauling Junk - TX - Lubbock operates as an independently owned and managed franchise. Your application will be processed directly by the franchisee's management.
