Overview

Parkhill is on the lookout for an enthusiastic part-time student to become a vital member of our Marketing Team. The selected candidate will collaborate with marketing professionals, firm leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and consultants to facilitate the coordination, development, and production of proposals and various marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and organization of conventions and trade shows.
  • Assist in the development and production of proposals using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Review and edit content for grammar, style, consistency, and adherence to guidelines.
  • Engage in quality assurance and quality control reviews of proposals.
  • Coordinate efforts with firm leadership, SMEs, and other marketing personnel.
  • Contribute to the creation of proposal content, whitepapers, project sheets, resumes, award submissions, brochures, public relations materials, and interview preparations.
  • Ensure all content is thorough, engaging, client-specific, and aligns with Parkhill's branding standards.
  • Assist with general marketing tasks, including participation in internal and external marketing meetings, continuing education activities, and presentations.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university, pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capability to work collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
