JOB DESCRIPTION

Successfully coordinates each building process step, from start to finish, for each address within different customers.

This job consists of but is not limited to

Calling Permits with multiple Municipalities

Ordering Equipment

Creating Crew Schedules

Thoroughly updating all parties involved when changes happen

Communicating with Crews to ensure Installs are done

Calling Inspection/Reinspection as needed

Entering data within multiple software

Dispatching warranty/punch/service calls to an appropriate crew member

Registering equipment for warranty purposes

Invoicing job once completed

Filing Receipts

SKILLS REQUIRED

Experience with Spreadsheets

Experience with QB

Experience with Dispatch Software

Proficient in data entry - 9 Key and Excellent Typing Skills

Strong Organization Skills

Strong Communication Skills - Verbal and Written

Attention to Detail

Works well in a fast-paced environment

Can move between tasks without losing quality

Spanish or Hakha Chin speaker is a plus
