What You Will Do:
An approachable and supportive HR Business Partner proactively identifies HR priorities that align with iRobot strategy to further business performance. This person provides active guidance and partnership with leaders to develop and execute the people strategy and roadmap aligned to the vision and strategies in connection with the broader organizational and company vision. You will understand key people issues in business teams, make recommendations and represent their needs.

With a focus on strong relationships, you will play a mediating role between iRoboteers that need support in their interactions. As a culture-builder, you will look for ways to align programs and objectives with our core values. You are motivated by being an employee champion and change agent. Communicating needs proactively with our HR team and business groups, you seek to develop integrated solutions.

Other Specific Responsibilities:
  • Proactively defines, builds and implements value-add HR strategies and solutions in alignment with HR and company goals
  • Partner with regional HRBP's and HR functions to deliver on talent strategies and operational plans
  • Help to drive organizational design, workforce planning and change management as we continue to transform the organization
  • Coach senior leaders through complex organizational issues, talent strategies and leadership development initiatives
  • Provides insights in a simple, creative, and relevant way that communicates business decisions, and shows how decisions impact business outcomes. Builds consensus and alignment around a topic and persuades others to take action.
  • Leverages complex data and people analytics to provide critical insights into business and talent trends that inform our overall HR and business strategies.
To Be Successful You Will Have:
  • BA/BS degree 7-10 years of progressive HR experience in fast paced dynamic and high growth environment.
  • An engaging and caring HR partner who provides feedback and insight to help create positive experiences.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaborate with employees at all levels in many different teams.
  • Strong partnership with HR teams (TA, Comp, Learning, etc.) drive support of overall people goals.
  • Explores creative alternatives to current HR practices to help build programs and processes that allow the company to scale.
  • Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn, grow and develop others.
  • Solid attention to detail
