JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary

The Systems Analyst IV is a member of the Enterprise Technology Services team in Global IT and is responsible for configuring, integrating, and maintaining scientific, quality, and clinical business applications at Seagen. This individual will act as a subject matter expert for several laboratory applications, providing technical guidance on project teams in order to meet business and compliance needs and driving continuous improvement efforts. While the role is primarily technical in nature, there also an emphasis on understanding business process, providing excellent customer service, and communicating with diverse audiences.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors with minimum of 7-9 years of experience supporting and implementing large scale applications or Master's degree with 7 years experience, preferably in a Life science industry
  • Experience managing applications throughout the Software Development Lifecycle
  • Experience optimizing technology solutions and business process to meet business requirements
  • Familiarity with GxP regulatory standards (e.g. ICH guidelines, GAMP methodologies for computer system validation, 21CFR, Part 11)
  • Understanding of Windows administration and device management
  • Strong understanding of network topology, group policy, Active Directory, virtualization, application delivery, configuration management, system integrations
  • Basic ability to read and interpret various technology languages (e.g. SQL, Powershell, Python, HTML, C#)
  • Ability to quickly master new applications and technical skills
  • High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Ability to develop strong and collaborative relationships with peers and stakeholders
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate tasks across multiple functional areas
  • Able to work on site in a lab setting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience implementing and supporting Lab systems
  • Experience implementing, supporting, and integrating SaaS solutions
  • Demonstrated technical skills with on-premise server architecture and management for optimal application performance
