Job Description:
We are seeking a temporary I-9 Compliance Specialist to assist the HR team. This role is
responsible for verifying the employment eligibility of all US employees following federal and state guidelines.

Responsibilities:
•Perform the E-Verify process on employees consistent with federal requirements.
•Log I-9 audit and E-verification results into internal applications to track compliance and identify
exceptions.
•Prepare I-9 exception reporting and notify HR management of noncompliant I-9s.
•Monitor E-Verify exceptions to final resolution.
•Assist HR management with inquiries regarding validity of I-9 supporting documentation and procedural
questions.
•Provide I-9 and E-Verify documentation to internal departments and upload into HRIS system.
•Provide support to auditing I-9 forms and supporting documentation through a combination of paper
documentation and online applications for completeness and accuracy following federal requirements.
•Participate in and support various projects, as requested.

Education & Experience
•High School diploma or the equivalent.
•1+ years of administrative experience required.
•1 year of Human Resources experience preferred.
•Familiarity with I-9 and E-Verify requirements and high volume, transaction and time-sensitive
processing a plus.
•Basic proficiency of Microsoft Office suite applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
•Previous experience with HRIS systems (preferably Workday) preferred.
•Ability to collaborate with team to produce deliverables.
•Ability to meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
•Ability to demonstrate customer service skills.
•Ability to understand and operate in an environment with regulatory/compliance requirements
