Position Summary:
The Recruiter will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment process for various client organizations.
Compensation:
Starting Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Chief Operating Officer in daily operational tasks and contract management.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Gain knowledge of federal contracting to assist in maintaining contract compliance.
- Contribute to proposal writing and conduct business development research.
- Edit and format handbooks and procedural manuals.
- Act as a liaison with other company executives and senior management.
- Prepare reports and correspondence, and coordinate meeting logistics.
- Assist in drafting and uploading necessary documents and requisitions.
- Compile meeting agendas and minutes as required.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Format resumes to align with proposal and government standards.
- Create and refine documents and processes.
- Maintain attention to detail.
- Utilize strong problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
- 1-3 years of administrative experience.
- Experience in government contracting or related fields.
