Position Summary:
The Recruiter will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment process for various client organizations.
Compensation:
Starting Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Chief Operating Officer in daily operational tasks and contract management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Gain knowledge of federal contracting to assist in maintaining contract compliance.
  • Contribute to proposal writing and conduct business development research.
  • Edit and format handbooks and procedural manuals.
  • Act as a liaison with other company executives and senior management.
  • Prepare reports and correspondence, and coordinate meeting logistics.
  • Assist in drafting and uploading necessary documents and requisitions.
  • Compile meeting agendas and minutes as required.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Format resumes to align with proposal and government standards.
  • Create and refine documents and processes.
  • Maintain attention to detail.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience.
  • Experience in government contracting or related fields.
