You will assist the IT asset management team in monitoring, managing, and enhancing our software assets throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and sustain the organization’s IT assets, guaranteeing the precision and completeness of asset data.
  • Perform regular audits and inventory checks of IT assets to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor IT asset usage, inventory levels, and compliance metrics.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to IT assets and discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with IT departments and stakeholders to ensure precise tracking and management of IT assets.
  • Establish and implement processes and protocols for effective IT asset management.
  • Provide training and guidance to IT personnel on best practices in IT asset management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT asset management, enhancing knowledge of licensing models.
  • Complete daily software request tasks using the ITAM tool (ServiceNow).
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years of experience in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with IT asset management tools and industry standards is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, complemented by a customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in IT Asset Management software (e.g., ServiceNow, Flexera, etc.).
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of ITIL and best practices in IT Asset Management.
  • Certification as an IT Asset Manager (CITAM) Foundation.
  • Certification as a Software Asset Manager (CSAM).
Compensation Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $105050

Please note: This range is based on market pay structures. Individual salaries are influenced by various factors including business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, along with candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
