Role and Responsibilities:

As a Partner Account Executive at UpEquity, you will be a pivotal player in driving business growth and fostering client relationships.

Your role will encompass:

Client Engagement:

Initiate and nurture relationships with prospective clients from our partner channel, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and offering tailored solutions that align with UpEquity's portfolio of services.

Sales Champion:

Lead the sales cycle from initial engagement to deal closure, employing your expertise in consultative selling and value-driven negotiations.

Solution Architect:

Collaborate with internal teams to design and present comprehensive solutions that address client challenges and align with their long-term objectives.

Pipeline Management:

Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline, leveraging CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and progress toward sales targets.

Market Insight:

Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strategies for penetrating target markets.

Continuous Learning:

Embrace a culture of continuous learning, staying current with product knowledge, industry regulations, and best practices in sales.

Qualifications:

5+ years of account management and/or sales development experience

An understanding of real estate transactions and their nuances is imperative to the success of this role. Previous real estate experience is

required.

Ability for occasional travel to local real estate events

An existing lender/agent book of business is a major plus
