The Director of Admissions is responsible for coordinating all Health Center admissions, which includes Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living. This begins with gathering preadmission information and continues through communicating with and touring prospective residents, patients, and families until their admission to Concordia at Sumner. The Director of Admissions will work in tandem with the Hospital Liaison as well as communicate as part of the team entrusted with the high quality care of our residents and patients. This position is predominantly Monday-Friday but will require some evenings and on call responsibilities every other weekend.
