MOI is on the lookout for a Marketing Coordinator interested in learning about the creative agency process to join our team in North America. You will learn about all the departments and disciplines within an agency environment and how to communicate and bring together the right talents, resources and project financials. You will experience and be responsible for day-to-day project management of marketing and media campaigns, partnering with account leadership from brief to delivery.

The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Program Director and work with a team of account handlers, strategists, creatives and partners.

Daily Responsibilities:

Proj

ect/Client Management

Learn and apply agency workflow processes using available software tools.

Learn to scope out and provide budget estimates for projects, ensuring all pertinent information is obtained from the relevant resource within agreed timeframes. This includes working with external parties (such as video production, translations, etc.) and assisting in the writing of SOWs.

Produce and maintain detailed and robust schedules/timing plans for internal and external teams.

Drive commercial profitability of projects by ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget.

Stay on top of changes to project scope, schedule, and unforeseen costs at any stage of projects.

Take ownership of projects from start to finish, applying attention to detail and providing timely updates to the account leadership and client contact(s).

Learn how to mitigate problems and challenges throughout a project's lifecycle.

Learn to work effectively with the client team and manage communications across both internal and external teams.

Maintain data accuracy through project software.

Essential experience:

At least 2+ years' experience within a fast-paced digital agency environment

Proven track record in delivering through-the-line campaigns that consist of marketing deliverables such as eBooks, infographics, emails, websites, videos etc.

Primary understanding of scoping, budgeting, financials, timelines and SOWs essentials

Ensure that delivery momentum is maintained by solving problems, unblocking issues and managing risks and dependencies so that work is not held up, and communicating any issues to the client in a timely manner

Solid experience and understanding of project financial data management and the revenue recognition method of accounting.

Confident in liaising directly with clients at all levels, collaborating with account leads to deliver projects, reports, meeting agenda, meeting notes, and other items as needed.

Great time management and self-motivation skills

Communicating effectively with all departments

To work autonomously, and as part of a team

Comfort working in project management tools

Beneficial:

An interest in technology

Excellent communication skills

Proficiency in using project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum would be an advantage
