Job Overview

Seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist. The ideal candidate will be skilled at building customer relationships and have exceptional attention to detail. The primary responsibility of this position would be preparing job-based billing and thorough account reconciliations. This position involves interaction with customers to provide accurate billing information and continued support in order to facilitate prompt payment of invoices.

Essential Functions
  • Accurately prepare and review complex project billings.
  • Collect and post payments related to project billings.
  • Summarize and report project profit/loss analysis.
  • Update and maintain project-based billing & collection schedules.
  • Perform account reconciliations.
  • Investigate and resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal/external sales representatives.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
Requirements and Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (advanced) required.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
