ABOUT THE COMPANY

Manufacturing company is looking to hire an Accounting Manager. This role will report into the CFO and oversee a team. Great opportunity for someone looking to make an impact with a growing, dynamic company.

Overview of the Accounting Manager:

  • Manage month end close process
  • Oversee AP, AR, fixed assets and payroll
  • Oversee cost accounting and inventory management
  • The Accounting Manager will assist the Controller in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reporting
  • Support the annual budget, month and quarterly forecasts, and financial comparisons and explanations of actual results versus the financial estimates
  • Balance sheet analysis for key accounts, including inventory and preparation or approval for account reconciliations
  • The Accounting Manager should drive process improvements
  • Support in integrating new company acquisitions into the BU

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • CPA preferred
  • 5+ years accounting experience
  • Manufacturing experience strongly desired - understanding of cost and inventory
