Job Summary

SVS Vision is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of FP&A to join our finance team. The Director of FP&A will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and evaluate business performance.
  • Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management based on financial data and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and provide regular reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support investment decisions, cost optimization, and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of financial analysts.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • CPA certification with a strong background in USGaap and IFRS (preferred)
  • Experience working with ERP or SAP computer systems
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial modeling techniques and forecasting methodologies.
  • Proficient in financial software and tools, such as Excel, ERP systems, and data visualization software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
