Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate different scenarios, perform sensitivity analysis, and assess potential risks and opportunities. Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to monitor the company's financial performance against goals and benchmarks. Investment Analysis: Evaluate investment opportunities, assess the potential returns and risks of various projects, and provide recommendations for capital allocation. M&A Support: Support buy side and sell side due diligence efforts. Support acquisition integration. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, shareholders, or other stakeholders, conveying financial performance, analysis, and recommendations. Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis, including leading the company’s ongoing standard costing process, to improve product category- and SKU-level margin visibility, optimize resource allocation, and improve efficiency. Decision Support: Collaborate with the CFO, executive management and other departments to provide financial insights, develop ad hoc reporting, and support strategic decision-making. Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance financial analysis procedures and reporting accuracy. Required Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or related field Advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills.
