We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Financial Planning Consultant to join our innovative financial advisory team at Apollon Wealth Management, LLC. The Senior Financial Planning Consultant will be instrumental in providing thorough financial advisory services to our clientele. This role entails evaluating financial strategies, articulating plans, and working closely with both clients and colleagues to achieve optimal financial results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and provide insightful feedback on financial plans developed by Senior Planning Associates to ensure precision and alignment with client objectives.
  • Articulate and clarify financial plans to Joint Work clients, addressing their inquiries and offering practical recommendations.
  • Compose and dispatch follow-up communications to clients and prospects post-meeting, summarizing discussions, outlining subsequent actions, and ensuring transparent communication.
  • Advise and implement sophisticated financial planning techniques as per the planning team's established protocols, ensuring strategies are customized to fulfill clients' unique requirements.
  • Engage in prospect discussions with the Director of Financial Planning to effectively convey the advantages of our planning services and secure new client partnerships.
  • Collaborate with clients to collect essential information and formulate comprehensive financial plans that cater to their immediate and long-term financial aspirations.
  • Provide continuous support to clients by overseeing their financial plans, making necessary adjustments, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Ensure all financial planning operations adhere to industry regulations and company policies. Maintain precise and comprehensive records of client interactions and financial plans.
  • Stay updated with industry developments, regulatory modifications, and continuing education obligations to uphold certification and enhance professional knowledge.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation is mandatory or substantial experience in tax or estate planning.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning.
  • Proficient in financial planning software, including eMoney, with a solid understanding of advanced financial planning principles and strategies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to present intricate financial information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients and team members.
