Responsibilities: - Lead a sales team to achieve strategic goals - Attract, hire, and retain top talent - Assess, coach, and develop team members - Exemplify core values and deliver exceptional customer service - Set clear expectations and manage activities to surpass sales objectives - Create business plans to drive team growth and exceed targets - Collaborate with functional teams to exceed customer expectations - Implement and adhere to the company's sales process - Ensure full staffing in all sales territories - Provide comprehensive onboarding and training with 30/60/90 plans - Conduct monthly performance reviews and provide accurate forecasts - Utilize CRM tools for planning, managing, and forecasting opportunities - Stay updated on new technology including software, social media tools, and Excel - Present and close solution offers - Manage clients throughout their contract lifecycle - Conduct quarterly and annual customer reviews - Drive growth and expansion within your territory - Meet or exceed revenue and gross profit targets - Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience - Minimum 4+ years of successful sales team leadership, preferably in hardware, IT, software, or services sales - Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and activity quotas - Track record of developing and retaining sales talent - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Physical Demands & Work Environment: - Prolonged periods sitting at a desk - Talking on the phone and using various computer tools and applications - Typing and composing written communication - Operating a motor vehicle for client site visits - Standing/walking for extended periods - Occasionally lifting 20+ lbs - Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record - Reliable transportation - Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance is required
