The Account Executive plays a critical role in managing client accounts, driving sales, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. Internal communications are equally important in this role, having a focus on helping to coordinate expectations with production planning, timelines, and procurement of supplies. Relocation is not required; however, the position is subject to customary travel as reasonably required by the Company and as necessary to perform the outlined job responsibilities – including traveling to the Company’s corporate offices located in Hanover, PA. Essential Responsibilities and Expectations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success. Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks. Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner. Collaborate with internal and external customers to meet sales and customer project goals. Report on the status of accounts and transactions. Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives. Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts). Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth. Develop a thorough understanding of industry products and services. Meet regularly with internal teams to discuss project progress and find new ways to improve business and processes. Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services. Desired Skills, Education, and Knowledge: Must have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations and/or receiving positive customer feedback. Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce/HubSpot). Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts). Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field. Ability to deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations. Great communication skills along with leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Capacity to travel to customer locations, trade shows, and other business needs with little advance notice, using various forms of transportation. High degree of attention to detail.
