Reports To: Customer Support Manager
Job Summary: The Customer Support Team is the heart of MWR. The Customer Support Coordinator is the first interaction most customers have with MWR. This position requires a mindset that cares first and foremost about the needs of our customers. This is accomplished by enthusiastically assisting our customers, showing empathy for their needs, urgency to get results, and providing clear expectations.
What you will do:
- Create multiple positive customer experiences over the phone and through email
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls
- Effectively communicate with team members from multiple departments
- Direct inbound calls to the appropriate team members
- Update data in multiple systems
- Monitor multiple lead sources
- Process and direct incoming mail
- Assist team with scanning, receiving, or sending documentation
- Minor office maintenance tasks
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Rotating on call schedule (including some evenings and weekends)
Additional hours during weather events including, but not limited, to holidays and weekends

Requirements
What you bring:
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills including ability to quickly move between multiple systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize when faced with multiple interruptions
- Must be punctual, motivated, take initiative and demonstrate strong leadership skills
- Must be able to sit for extended periods
- Must be able to operate a computer and phone
Salary Description
$20-$22 per hour
