COMMUNAUTE D'AGGLOMERATION située dans le GRAND EST+ de 80.000 habitants recherche son directeur du business development (H/F) au sein de La DGA chargée de l'attractivité et du développement économique. Rejoignez un territoire riche d'émotions avec de nouveaux enjeux, économiquement dynamique. Situation géographique idéale (Autoroute, liaisons TGV…). Poste Ancrée dans une culture de services personnalisés à l'entreprise, cette agglomération sait répondre de façon pertinente aux besoins des investisseurs endogènes et exogènes pour leur alléger leur charge administrative. Pour renforcer leurs ambitions et développer leurs résultats, ils recherchent un directeur du pôle Business Development (H/F).

Missions :

Définir et piloter la politique de prospection :

- Priorités stratégiques des secteurs et filières choisis.

- Fixe les objectifs.

- Développe les contacts avec les prospects.

- Propose un plan d'actions autour des cibles définies et un budget correspondant.

- Argumentaires, Actions commerciales spécifiques, challenges.

- Suivi des objectifs assignés.

Appuyer les développeurs dans la déclinaison de cette politique sur le territoire.

Définir les actions de prospection et en assurer le suivi.

S'assurer du bon fonctionnement de l'équipe de développeurs sur le terrain et de leur performance.

Pratiquer une veille stratégique sur les potentialités de développement du territoire : nouveaux secteurs d'activités porteurs, identification d'appels à projets, etc.

Veiller à l'adéquation de l'offre territoriale pour garantir la satisfaction des prospects et proposer des améliorations et des innovations.

Développer et suivre les dossiers d'implantation en coordination avec les autres pôles et services de la collectivité.

Management de l'équipe de prospection et reporting.

Profil Candidat (H/F) : BAC + 4/5 équivalent complété impérativement par une expérience professionnelle de 6/10 ans dans une fonction de direction commerciale/vente, acquise idéalement dans le secteur privé. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement la négociation auprès des chefs d'entreprises et vous avez l'habitude de manager une équipe. Ancré dans la relation client, vous saurez être facilitateur, anticiper les besoins, et vous montrer proactif et leader dans la recherche et la mise en place de solutions. Votre maîtrise de l'anglais est un atout. Vous disposez également d'une connaissance de l'environnement institutionnel, du processus de décision en entreprise ainsi que du marketing territorial.
