Job Descriptions:

AlphaBOLD is looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to join our sales team, as we are looking to fill a full-time Senior Business Development Executive position, who is able to generate their own leads to bring new business to the Company.


Job Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute plans to identify new business opportunities and create a robust pipeline of qualified leads through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service, employing both strategic and tactical action-focused sales acumen.

• Build productive and trusting relationships with clients, attending both virtual and face-to-face meetings with both existing clients and prospects.

• Demonstrate the ability to work and understand a modern workplace environment, utilizing proven negotiation skills in crafting proposals and contracts.

• Conduct thorough research on customer/prospect history, business, and pain points, while actively participating in industry association events and meetings.

• Engage in individual lead generation alongside company-generated marketing leads and identify cross-sell opportunities through effective account management.

• Maintain and cultivate a pipeline of new and existing client projects, coordinating with Project Managers to conduct demos and develop proposals.

• Travel and attend vendor conference events, providing continuous, excellent customer service to the client base, and perform any other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.


Required Qualifications:


• Previous experience in channel and sales for Dynamics 365, Azure, and Office 365, with additional sales experience of NetSuite.

• Strong attention to detail and experience working with CRM applications and tools.

• Understanding of sales processes, stages, and steps, coupled with effective proposal creation and presentation skills.

• 3-5 years of field sales experience in business applications, with a comprehensive understanding of their design and implementation.

• Strong time management and organizational skills, coupled with a driven, self-motivated attitude.

• Experience in strategically achieving monthly sales goals, with outstanding customer service and networking skills.

• Goal-oriented mindset focused on achieving sales success, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required, with software sales experience also considered a plus.
