Monthly reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts. Monthly reconciliation of all internal DDA accounts. Actively researching and clearing stale items. Specific Requirements Associates Degree required, Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred. 3-5 years proven accounting experience required. Previous banking experience preferred. Excellent communication skills. Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and manage time effectively. Demonstrated interest in contributing to and working by Climate First Bank’s Core Values. Possess the initiative to obtain education related to our sustainability practices. Physical Demands: Sustained standing and sitting; Frequent use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitor; Occasional lifting of basic office files or equipment up to 20 lbs.
