Perform core accounting activities to ensure timely reporting for management, audit, and tax events. Maintain appropriate controls and ensures adequate documentation are properly stored in digital archives. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Financial Reporting Perform general accounting activities associated with the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Maintain general ledger with strict adherence to GAAP Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closings Monthly reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts Monitor financial statements to ensure accuracy of financial information Oversight of inventory, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset sub ledgers Audit & Tax Assist in the annual independent audit process Assist the monitoring of controls and perform internal audit procedures Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax laws, and other regulatory requirements Other Additional tasks assigned by the Accounting Manager Assist the Accounting Manager with monitoring controls, regulatory compliance, and onboarding of the accounting function for all startups and acquisitions Offer accounting support to all of Indrio’s companies QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required Ability to take ownership of assigned task and ensure timely and complete results 2+ years experience in accounting preferred ERP Systems experience preferred Multi-company experience preferred Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus EEO STATEMENT Indrio Brands, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
