We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our sales team at Webmark. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with prospects, and closing deals. Responsibilities:

Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media.

Conduct thorough research to understand prospects’ needs, challenges, and objectives, and tailor sales pitches and proposals accordingly.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant throughout the sales process.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and project management, to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet clients’ requirements.

Present product demonstrations and sales presentations to prospects, effectively articulating the value proposition of our services.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and achieve sales targets.

Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, revenue forecasts, and conversion rates, using CRM software.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify areas for business growth and differentiation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the digital marketing or technology industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients effectively.

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales processes and objections.

Self-motivated and proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
