The approximate hourly pay for this position is $22.75. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location. WHAT YOULL BE DOING: Drive Results: Function as manager on duty, driving sales and building customer relationships through exceptional experiences. Customer/Hospitality driven: Cultivate personalized coffee experiences by sharing your knowledge of our coffee and sustainability practices. Inspiring People Leadership: Influence and inspire a team to drive sales and service performance through coaching. Excellence in Operational Execution: Ensure store standards are maintained; cleanliness, visual merchandising, and operational tasks. Collaborative Team Player: Build strong relationships with colleagues and thrive in a collaborative team setting. WHAT YOULL BRING: You have 2 years experience in driving sales and leading a team in a high-volume retail environment. You have patience for day-to-day challenges and are resourceful in troubleshooting. You have effective communication, time management, and analytical skills. You are punctual and available to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
