Duties & Responsibilities: Track and manage data from the opportunity to deal close process, including social media and marketing products, services, and posts, to enhance company recognition, audience engagement, and branding. Support the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction by keeping relevant KPIs current and communicating updates to senior management during scheduled meetings. Administer and maintain customer information and workflows in the CRM program (HubSpot). Serve as a liaison between internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of bid and sales status and deadlines across teams as requested. Participate in training on HubSpot updates and new features, and roll out information to the team as necessary. Monitor and track existing bids to assist in bringing them to a successful conclusion. Support team members and peers to achieve KPIs and company goals, and manage dashboards/reports/data quality of sales information. Manage cold outreach relationships to ensure consistent deal flow at the top of the sales funnel. Coordinate meetings, luncheons, and purchases related to sales events and tradeshows (occasionally attending). Maintain supplies of sales presentation and marketing materials, including slides, brochures, business cards, company apparel, and swag inventory. Develop and deliver presentations for both internal KPI data and external customer presentations. Develop, coordinate, and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns across the company. Maintain and update company websites, social media accounts, vehicle branding, and customer contact lists. Evaluate market trends, conduct market research, and identify target audiences and opportunities to meet or exceed marketing goals. Prepare and publish quarterly company newsletters to the customer base. Participate as a member of the employee engagement committee (company events and employee interactions). Requirements and Qualifications: Strong sense of urgency and ability to multi-task. Experience with CRM software required (HubSpot). Proficient with PowerPoint required. Proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook/Word/Excel/Teams. WordPress experience helpful. Excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, with the ability to interact with all types of customers, both internal and external. High energy level to handle dynamic, evolving, and fast-paced workloads. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Analytical with strong attention to detail. Familiarity with Sales/Estimating/Marketing with at least 2 years of experience (required). Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Must be punctual, dependable, and able to take initiative and be proactive. Creative and outside-the-box thinker. Embrace changes in processes as the company continues to grow.
