This position resolves complex clientinquiries, determines appropriate actions, and accurately compiles andinterprets data for our products. The role requires a high level oforganization with strong communication skills and the ability toprioritize workload based on ever-changing business needs. This positioninteracts with the Compliance Department, operations service teams,client contacts, brokers, prospects, and Sales Department. This personmay work in our Middleton, WI office, fully remote (Wisconsin locationsonly), or a combination of the two depending on availability. Must beavailable for one day of onsite training and onboarding in person at ourMiddleton, WI office. Responsibilities Include: Maintain current andworking knowledge of EBC\'s procedures for Compliance Services productsUnderstand concepts of ERISA and cafeteria nondiscrimination testingEnter accurate client and plan data into approved software programs toenable provision of Compliance Services products to clients and brokersGenerate accurate and complete Forms 5500 and wrap plan documents withindepartmental and company turnaround times Interpret and apply productand regulatory knowledge in determining appropriate actions,communications and follow ups to clients, brokers and internalcolleagues Coordinate workload distribution of CRM tasks and Help Deskemails with other team members to ensure accurate responses withindepartmental turnaround times Maintain, update and proactively managecustomer relations database, documenting each client interaction andaction item in adherence to department standards Qualifications:Bachelor\'s Degree in Business or related field (may be substituted withfour years of relevant work experience) Two years of experience insimilar role serving internal and external customers in a regulatorydriven industry Demonstrated ability to achieve and maintain high levelof accuracy and attention to detail when working with multiple datapoints and information Demonstrated effective listening, verbal andwritten communication skills, utilizing proper grammar and syntax withthe ability to articulate relevant information in an organized andconcise manner Demonstrated experience de-escalating client issues andtroubleshooting issues Computer proficiency in Windows-basedapplications along with a demonstrated ability to learn new softwareprograms Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated subject matter expertisein ERISA requirements for Forms 5500 and wrap plans Prior experience incompliance or employee benefits administration Previous experiencewith...
