Eligibility:
Must be a U.S. Citizen, Green Card Holder, or authorized to work in the United States.

Accountable for maintaining tax documentation and preparing tax filings and associated reports for designated areas.

Submits federal, state, or local tax documents. Formulates and upholds tax strategies aimed at reducing tax obligations. Generates taxable income forecasts, financial statements, and specialized accounting documentation. Aids in tax audits and compliance assessments. Compiles and prepares reports for management or regulatory bodies. Addresses inquiries related to tax accounting policies, procedures, and issues from management, external auditors, and regulatory entities. Ensures proper accounting and controls for assigned responsibilities.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent professional experience
  • One to two years of relevant experience Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting.
  • CPA certification or candidate status is advantageous.
  • Basic understanding of legal, regulatory, and accounting principles in the investment management sector is beneficial.
  • Willingness to adapt work hours as needed to meet client demands.
  • Exhibits ethics and integrity, adhering to core values and holding others accountable for maintaining ethical standards.
  • A collaborative team player, engaging effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Displays initiative, with a readiness to contribute to projects and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Produces high-quality, accurate, and detailed work.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities while adapting to evolving client needs and regulatory changes.
  • Committed to ongoing professional development and knowledge enhancement in their field.
