KI is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at its Corporate Human Resources Department. This position will be on-site at our headquarters in Green Bay, WI.

The HRBP is responsible for supporting and enhancing assigned business units with Human Resource solutions:

  • Generate and lead continuous improvement initiatives with a positive, enthusiastic approach. Influence others to adopt change.
  • Identify and plan internal talent development strategies.
  • Determine appropriate recruitment and advertising strategies to source qualified candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and make recommendations to managers on most qualified candidates.
  • Identify and facilitate individual coaching needs by developing effective working relationships across the organization.
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding policies, procedures, guidelines and programs and provide guidance & interpretation.
  • Oversee the performance review processes, offering consultations as needed.
  • Conduct investigations and facilitate progressive discipline & terminations.
Qualified candidates will possess:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • 3+ years experience in HR Generalist or related role
  • 3+ years experience in employee relations/conflict resolution, recruiting, compensation and/or performance management
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
