Job Description:

Responsible for ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvements. Supports databases used by the Human Resources function including, but not limited to, employee records, benefits, compensation, recruitment, payroll, training, compliance. Researches, analyzes, designs and maintains information systems in support of human resource administration and projects. Monitors HR information needs and designs new or modifies existing systems to meet changing requirements. 

Key Skills:

SQL Power BI Statistical Analysis (R or Python)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with one to two years related experience. Minimum two years analyst and/or Human Resources (HR) experience and knowledge including business process mapping (workflows/instructions) and system design and build, configuration principles, test, validation and data interface processes. High level of proficiency/knowledge in using various computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel and Visio applications.
