Sales Account Manager

We are excited to announce that due to the massive growth both our company and our clients are experiencing, we are looking to add a dynamic new member to our team as an entry level Sales Account Manager. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training from the ground up, ensuring you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel. We welcome recent college graduates to apply for our entry level Sales Account Manager role, as we believe fresh perspectives contribute to our success. The ideal entry level Sales Account Manager will possess a competitive nature and a background in sports, thriving in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Entry Level Sales Account Manager Role and Responsibilities:
- Gain product and service knowledge by attending client meetings related to technology, sales promotions, and products updates
- Execute sales strategy to increase install base adoption and follow-on sales to our existing client base
- Access and update customer accounts through computer-based systems accurately and efficiently
- Provide clients with products and services that exceed their expectations and make their lives a lot easier
- Communicate the perks of our service vs our competitors in the telecommunications industry
- Negotiate new contracts with customers, overturn any objections that may arise, and upsell products to increase sales margins
- Collaborate with other entry level Sales Account Managers to achieve sales revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales. Account Management, Entry Level Management, Client Relations or relevant fields
- Ability to embrace continual change and ambiguity with flexibility and good grace
- Easily approachable, cooperative, and a team player quickly gains the trust and support of clients and fellow associates
- Ability to maintain composure in critical situations and communicate clearly
- Ability to analyze sales processes, create, and implement new strategies to maximize sales.
- Clear spoken and articulate while interacting with clients and conducting sales presentations
