Wat ga je doen

Momenteel zijn wij een team van 5 personen. Dat geeft ons veel vrijheid en mogelijkheden om ons product en onze processen te verbeteren. Deze drive is dan ook wat we in onze nieuwe collega zoeken Als onze nieuwe CSM ga je continue het gesprek aan met onze eindgebruikers om te achterhalen hoe data hun werkprocessen kan verbeteren, versnellen en/of versimpelen. Je denkt mee en adviseert bij organisatiebrede vraagstukken op het gebied van de informatiebehoefte en mogelijkheden om (beschikbare) data in te zetten voor het continue optimaliseren van het primair proces. Daarnaast ben jij de spin in het web tussen onze BI consultants, Data Scientists, onze klanten en het Account & Project-team.

Jouw klanten bevinden zich in de regio’s Zuid-Holland, Zeeland, Noord-Brabant en Limburg.

Binnen Gerimedica werken we Agile en samenwerking en openheid is hierin belangrijk. Zo werk je veel samen met zowel klanten als collega’s om actiegerichte KPI’s en andere visualisaties tot stand te brengen. In deze rol heb je te maken met verschillende business units en managementniveaus. Het kunnen schakelen en communiceren (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk) op strategisch, tactisch en operationeel niveau is daarom van belang.

Wie ben je

In het kort:

Ervaring op junior niveau: 0-3 jaar relevante ervaring

Ervaring als HBO-V, Informatie Verpleegkundige of paramedicus en/of kennis van werkprocessen in de zorg is een pré (om de wensen en behoeften van onze eindgebruikers te kunnen vertalen naar datagedreven oplossingen)

Je beschikt over minimaal een afgeronde HBO-opleiding of hoger

Je kunt schakelen en communiceren (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk) op strategisch, tactisch en operationeel niveau

Je bent ondernemend en kan commercieel denken

Je houdt van nieuwe dingen leren, bent analytisch en weet informatie juist en duidelijk over te brengen

Vloeiend in de Nederlandse taal en liefst ook in Engels
