Key Responsibilities:
1. Organize, prioritize, and assess the immediate tasks of the maintenance team.
2. Inspire and guide the workforce, offering technical expertise for successful project execution.
3. Ensure optimal use of maintenance resources to fulfill production requirements.
4. Mentor and train junior maintenance staff.

Qualifications:
