$65K-$75K Base + Commission/Bonus Position Summary Build and maintain new and existing client relationships in assigned territory to ensure market stability and growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory by utilizing a variety of sales strategies. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers to showcase product features and benefits. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue targets. Collaborate with regional and corporate sales teams to maximize and grow revenue and profits. Continuously improve product knowledge by engaging with internal and external experts. This is a very strong territory for the company with substantial established and potential business and the opportunity for upward mobility within the organization by performing here. Reports to Regional Manager. Skills/Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in sales of building materials. 2+ years outside B2B sales experience with proven track record of sales success. 1+ year customer-facing, outside B2B sales experience preferably in the building materials space. Knowledge of the Western Michigan market Highly motivated self-starter who can work autonomously and in a team environment with excellent follow-up skills. Excellent communication ability, both verbal and written. High level of integrity and commitment to doing what is right and fair for all involved.
