We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our early-stage manufacturing company. We provide nanotechnology-based cleaning and disinfecting products to a variety of industry verticals. This position will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B marketing best practices and be able to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
• Work with leadership and marketing consultants, as applicable, to develop annual and quarterly marketing goals and objectives.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, content marketing, advertising, and events that promote our technologies to prospective customers.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media posts, email marketing, landing pages, and more.
• Develop marketing plans that align with company goals and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, optimize campaigns, and provide insights on campaign performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Manage and maintain the company's Shopify online marketplace as well as other marketing automation systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success.
• Develop and maintain marketing collateral, sales presentations, and marketing/sales tools that align with target industries.
• Develop and execute a press release strategy that supports marketing goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 5-8years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience managing social media accounts, creating content, and executing email campaigns.
• Knowledge of Shopify and other marketing automation systems.
• Strong analytical skills and creativity.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and multi-task effectively.
