We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our client’s team in the B2C sector. This role involves managing and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns, particularly on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). The ideal candidate will have a solid background in digital marketing with experience in these areas. This role includes leading a small team, requiring proven leadership and management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid search and paid social campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, leveraging data and analytics to inform decisions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
  • Lead and mentor a junior digital marketing team member, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid search and paid social.
  • Demonstrated experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with digital marketing analytics tools.
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a digital marketing setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • B2C experience is required.
