Client is currently seeking a Digital Acquisition/Collaboration/Divestiture (ACD) Serialization Business Analyst. The primary responsibility for this role is to provide support in the ACD space for serialization projects.

The ACD Business Analyst s responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Under the supervision of the Serialization ACD lead, drive following activities for ACD projects Management of operational enhancements and integrations Creation of the support strategy and framework for long term operations Ensure compliance of solution against in scope mandate requirements Manage process for change management to ensure version control compatibility Standard deployment approach, working closely with other workstreams to collaborate on deployment Ensure deployment of Digital solution at each node in the network complies with quality standards (e.g., testing and documentation) Delivery of training materials related to the Serialization BT Enterprise Solution Develop ACD Toolkit Ensure existing toolkits and procedures are leveraged where appropriate Manage digital tool related to ACD project management (e.g., Microsoft Project Server (MSPS), RAID log, trackers, etc.) Report on workstream status on required frequency (weekly/monthly) Track and manage lessons learned related for ACD projects Track and manage work stream issues / risks, escalate to the Program Team as required

GENERAL And TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

Indicate the general and technical skills required and/or preferred, as applicable.

Good understanding of serialization Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Manage Issues and risks Scope changes Clarification for mandate requirements Excellent organizational skills Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills Prior experience in development and implementation projects Ability to build relationships with the business community in short period of time Coordination with multiple stakeholders
