Previous Hotel Sales experience is required. Candidate should have demonstrated a proven track record of success in hotel sales.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to drive sales growth
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
Generate leads through various methods and solicit new business from existing customer base. Document all activity in Delphi FDC.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client relationships using a CRM system
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside hotel/resort sales required.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
Specific experience in the hospitality industry with a focus Corporate Group market is a plus
Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Delphi FDC, and MeetingBroker is strongly preferred.
Hilton or Marriot experience preferred.
Education:
High school or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major (Preferred)
Experience:
Hospitality Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
