As a Brand Planning & Marketing Operations Senior Specialist, you are a member of the Global Jordan Brand Marketing Operations team focused on supporting and enabling the Global Jordan Brand Marketing and Central Jordan Operations team to create and implement epic work every season.
What you will work on
As a Brand Planning & Marketing Operations Senior Specialist, you will create and deliver “Greatness” for our athletes and for our consumers Your job duties will include the following:
On a seasonal basis, perform a variety of functions related to process and tracking of workflow related to seasonal concepts and gate readiness and deliverables within the Jordan Brand Marketing team
Create and leverage tools, templates, and processes driving clarity, strategy, efficiency, effectiveness, and simplicity
Help ensure end-to-end annual and seasonal readiness by setting and driving compliance to dates and gates in creating epic marketing plans and executions: concept maps, briefings, budget planning and oversight, brand plan workshops, gate readiness, etc.
Be responsible for high level communication (written and verbal), both internally and externally, ranging from executive and senior management to internal marketing team, and lead regular meeting facilitation and presentation preparation

In this role, in addition to your peer teammates and management team, you will have the ability to interact with Marketing leadership, Operations leadership, Jordan Executive leadership, and potentially agency partners.
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business, or a related field
At least three (3) years’ experience in a marketing, brand planning, brand strategy, project or program management, marketing, digital marketing, or marketing production role
Demonstrable proficiency in operations management of seasonal or annual brand plans, brand initiatives, and/or marketing projects
Ability to work cross-functionally to create, oversee, and maintain key seasonal tools, artifacts, and strategic materials, and to drive workback schedules that provide visibility and hold direct and indirect teammates accountable to deliverables and deadlines
Ability to confidently interact with leadership across levels and ensure team readiness for key meetings and cross-functional alignment sessions
Strong grasp of Keynote, Microsoft Office suite (MS Outlook in particular), Air Table and digital file management systems (Box in particular)
An understanding and passion for Jordan Brand
Experience working in a Global:Geo matrixed environment is a plus
